Returns and Exchanges:

We request you to refer to our size chart before making a purchase to ensure the correct fit. This will help avoid the need for an exchange and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

If your product is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the replacement or refund process. We require a video and photo of opening the box for processing.

Exchange Policy:

If you wish to exchange the product, you will need to pay a shipping fee of Rs 150/-. If you receive the item and feel the size is not suitable, you may request a size exchange within 2 days of the delivery date.

Note on second exchange: If you exchange the same product for the second time we charge you Rs 150 for the second exchange.

Cancellation Policy:

We provide you the facility to cancel your COD please login your account and go into order tab and click on cancel order request. This option only allow before product dispatch from our warehouse.

We provide you the facility to cancel your Prepaid orders within 24 hours of order placement. In case of prepaid orders, we may give you a refund of the same amount or a credit note of the same amount.
